Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
